I’m a digital strategist, web leader, and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience helping brands grow online. I currently lead the Digital & Web team at Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), where I focus on enterprise website strategy, SEO, and AI-powered content systems. I’m also the Executive Chairman of Candeavor, a creative agency that’s worked with brands like Samsung and Cisco.

I love mentoring people who are navigating careers in web, digital marketing, or tech leadership—whether you’re just starting out, making a pivot, or leading your first big project. I also have a deep passion for youth leadership and volunteerism, having spent two decades mentoring young leaders through Rotary International.
