I love growing businesses. This is what brought me to UX design and marketing. The top UX designers and marketers of this world work behind the scenes, but through their product mediums, the influence they have on consumers is immense. This, to me, is magic. And I'd like to think I can exercise a bit of it.
As a founder of my own creative agency, I mainly mentor junior UI/UX designers, interns, and graphic designers who transition to a UI/UX role. As a mentor, I see myself as a 'farmer'. Seeds can grow on their own but with my watering, fertilizing, and tender care, they can develop faster and stronger, and are able to withstand the elements better. My mentee's success is my success.

Sessions with Miyavi Lin
- General Mentorship (30 min): Talk to me about anything that is design, marketing, tech, or business-related, or if you're going through a bad patch and just need a listening ear.
- 'Unlock Yourself' Mentorship Session (30 min): Everyone gets stuck at some point in their careers. Sometimes, it just takes someone to say the right thing at the right time to help you unlock yourself. I generally mentor intern, junior and mid level designers to improve their skills, circumvent roadblocks that prevent them from growing, and navigate the difficulties of 'managing up'. Other than these, I also offer advice on crafting your portfolio and self-learning UI/UX design even if you have no design background. That said, I welcome you to send me a message if you feel there are other areas I can help you with.
