About Mladen
UX Designer at Government of Ontario
Hi, I'm Mladen and I have over 10 years experience as a UX designer. Through the span of my career, I have worked using Agile and Lean paradigms, embedded as a designer within development teams while working cross-functionally with various stakeholders. I have overseen the ongoing delivery of product improvements, as well as established processes, design systems and roadmaps for products. I frequently run design workshops, and I rely on data in my decision making. I love optimizing for impact.
