I’m applying to become a mentor on ADPList because mentoring has played a meaningful role in my own growth, and I’d love to give back in a thoughtful, practical way.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked across strategy consulting, branding, and customer experience, leading projects, facilitating workshops, and navigating complex career transitions across markets and industries. Along the way, I’ve learned how valuable honest conversations, perspective-sharing, and structured thinking can be, especially when people are navigating ambiguity or growth moments in their careers.

I’d love to support mentees who are exploring careers in strategy, brand, and human-centred design, as well as those transitioning roles, industries, or geographies. My goal as a mentor is to help people find clarity, confidence, and direction, not by giving answers, but by helping them think more clearly and intentionally about their next steps.
