About Mohamad Yarahmadi

Backend Chapter Lead at BlueBitSoft

I am delighted to have the opportunity to introduce myself, Mohamad Yarahmadi. With over 15 years of experience in the technical realm, I have established a strong foundation in designing and developing solutions, particularly in the finance and stock exchange sectors. Throughout my career, I have received recognition for my dedication, performance excellence, and significant contributions to the industry.

As an Agile software engineer, I possess a solid academic background from a reputable university, with a focus on Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). However, my expertise extends beyond software development. I have honed my problem-solving capabilities, which greatly enhance customer satisfaction levels.

My skill set encompasses a wide range of methodologies and practices, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development, Behavior-Driven Development, Object-Oriented Programming, Functional Programming, SOLID Principles, and Clean Architecture. I am well-versed in various technologies such as NodeJS, Typescript (NestJS, ExpressJS), Golang, C#, Asp.Net Core, T-SQL, SQL Server, Postgres, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, Rest, GraphQL, gRPC, CQRS, Git, CI/CD, Microservices, Docker, and DevOps.

Throughout my career, I have achieved significant milestones. I have successfully rejuvenated legacy code, transforming it into a testable, maintainable, and more efficient version. Additionally, I have seamlessly transitioned teams from TFS to Git and provided mentorship to ensure a smooth adaptation to Git and Linux. I have conducted comprehensive training sessions on security and cryptography, deepening team members' understanding in these critical areas. Furthermore, I have championed the importance of clean, declarative code by instilling the principles of Solid Code among my team.

I take pride in my accomplishments, including amplifying the Transaction Per Second (TPS) metrics of the OMS Engine from 200 TPS to an astounding 5,000 TPS. This achievement was made possible by migrating significant logic from Stored Procedures to in-application processes, implementing in-memory processes, and optimizing with Redis HashSet for order matching, surpassing traditional SQL server queries. I have also excelled in complexity reduction by leveraging Bounded Context, Context Mapping, and introducing a ubiquitous language tailored for enterprise applications, all while adopting a DDD approach for project modeling. Moreover, I have revolutionized application life management by migrating from manual deployments to a standardized CI/CD approach, streamlining testing and building processes, and enabling swift, Dockerized app deployment with minimal downtime.

In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the prestigious Iran University of Science and Technology.

As a mentor, I am committed to helping aspiring professionals like you navigate the intricacies of the software engineering field. I excel in guiding team members in technical aspects, such as coding and programming, and I am skilled at explaining new projects and troubleshooting any challenges that may arise. My expertise in solving high availability issues and promoting clean and maintainable code will prove invaluable to your growth and development. I have played a key role in designing error analysis architecture for high availability and supportability, showcasing my ability to tackle complex problems head-on.

If you are seeking guidance and mentorship in software engineering, I am here to assist you. Feel free to reach out to me at mohamad.yarahmadiy@gmail.com to discuss how I can support you in achieving your professional goals.
