Hi, I'm Mohammadreza. As an Entrepreneur, an Experienced Agile Coach I have been applying my Agile Certified Scrum, Kanban and Product Ownership Credential to manage, coach, facilitate, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative solutions for customers and stakeholders. I have over ten years of experience in Entrepreneurship and over seven years of experience in Agile methodologies, and I am passionate about empowering teams to collaborate, communicate, and create value.

In addition to my role at House of Shipping, I also work as a Scrum Trainer at Maktabkhooneh and MTN Irancell, two of the largest online education and telecommunication platforms in the country. I design and deliver engaging and interactive courses on Scrum and Agile principles, practices, and tools, and I help learners and professionals to adopt and adapt to the changing market and customer needs. I am also proficient in Python programming, process and data mining, and industrial engineering, which enable me to leverage data and technology to optimize processes and outcomes.
