Currently based in Berlin, he leads the team that supports the technology of the sourcing process for Zalando, one of Europe's leading online fashion retailers. Prior to this, he worked at Hyke.ai, a B2B start-up that empowers wholesale and distribution businesses, and led the e-commerce platform and mobile apps at Al-Futtaim Group, a conglomerate business house headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dayem also co-founded and led the product and engineering efforts for Taskty.com, the first online marketplace for home services in the Middle East and North Africa region.
