I’m Mohamed Abouda, a Technical Team Lead with hands-on experience in building and scaling product-based systems. Over the years, I’ve worked across backend development (PHP, Node.js, MongoDB, GCP), frontend (Vue & React), and microservice architectures. Currently, I lead engineering teams where I focus on code quality, collaboration, and driving product impact.
I enjoy mentoring developers and aspiring tech leads who want to grow their technical skills, transition into leadership roles, or better understand how to approach product thinking alongside engineering.
