About Moe Ash
Instructional designer/Learning Architect at The Catalyst
I'm Moe Ash but everyone calls me Moe! For the past 15 years I have been surfing through the L&D field. Started off as a trainer, turned into L&D consultancy, dabbled with R&D and ended up specializing in instructional design, learning experience design, & gamification of learning.
My background is HRM and I do have a couple of credentials & diplomas in the field, which makes me more or less a SME.
Nevertheless, 4 years ago I left corporate and started off my own establishment called: The Catalyst. An entity that is specialized in instructional design & creating learning experiences.
I'm a learner who enjoys helping other learners in the field of L&D. You can depend on me in the following: Content design Researching content Course design plans Gamification of learning advice Reviewing ID portfolios & interview preparation ID personal branding ID tools kit Storyboard & lesson plan advice
Basically when it comes to learning design, I think I can offer a thought or two to help out.
