Leading the UX design process for Sun & Sand Sports and the GCC websites & apps for JD Sports, Nike, Columbia & Under Armour.

✅ Elevated User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) for Faces beauty: Successfully delivered new exploration journey (home page, PLP, PDP and Checkout) and significantly enhanced the personalized experience for Faces' unique customers and that helped the brand to improve the revenue that comes from the e-commerce by 25-50% every year.

✅ Led the Personalization Program (DY Tool) for Chalhoub Group: Designed & Developed personalization templates and user journeys to improve user interaction and that help with increasing the revenue by 9% in the first year.

✅ Streamlined User Flows and Prototyping: Identified key areas for focus, crafted user flows, designed high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, and conducted concept testing to validate design decisions for Faces beauty.

✅ Owned the Design Process for Beauty Nation: Led the dermatologist skincare project for Beauty Nation, the Chalhoub Group's newest brand, ensuring a user-centric foundation for its launch.

✅ Led Figma Component Program to Support Graphic Designers: Built a component system on Figma to help teams speed up the banner design process for the website and apps with low effort as possible for faces beauty and Nars.

✅ Mentored Junior Designers: Fostered a collaborative design environment by mentoring junior UX designers and empowering them to deliver high-quality work.

✅ Conducted Brand-Specific Design Audits: Performed design audits for NARS & Armani beauty brands, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.

✅ Launched Logistiq Brand:

🔸Collaborated with stakeholders (business heads, product leads, analysts, engineers) to successfully launch Logistiq, a new supply chain company for Landmark Group.

🔸Led user research, prototyping, and design of the Client app & Warehouse management apps, streamlining the entire supply chain process from client requests to delivery.


✅ Supercharged Styli Brand Growth “1M+ Weekly Users”: Partnered with cross-functional teams to develop and launch a new version of the Styli App & Website, resulting in a significant increase of active users (over 1 million active users per week across GCC).


✅ Led Styli Design from Scratch “Award-Winning)”

🔸Spearheaded the design process for the Styli brand, driving the launch of the Styli app & website from concept to reality based on user research I conducted.

🔸This accomplishment was recognized with the prestigious Best Employee Annual Award in 2019, highlighting my exceptional commitment and performance in designing the STYLI apps (IOS, Android & Web) within a tight six-month timeframe.

✅ Enabled Large Order Capability for 20,000+ Users: Collaborated with business leaders, product owners, and engineers to enhance the app flow, facilitating seamless ordering of up to 24 meals at once for over 20,000 active users.

✅ Streamlined User Experience Across Apps: Led the UX process to improve the customer, driver, and restaurant apps, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders involved in the large order functionality.

✅ Designed User Interfaces for Key Saudi Arabian Applications:

🔸 Dkan Grocery App: Created the user interface (UI) for the Dkan app, a leading grocery delivery platform in Saudi Arabia.

🔸 Saudi Foodbank Eta'am Donor Portal: Designed the food donors' delivery portal for the Saudi Foodbank Eta'am, facilitating food donation efforts.
