• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of products.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Use customer insights, market trends, and data analytics to inform product decisions and improve the user experience.
• Prioritization & Roadmapping: Prioritize product features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user feedback, using frameworks such as WSJF or RICE.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product development process.
• Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

•	Offer expert guidance on best practices in product management, including roadmap planning, user experience design, and agile methodologies.
	•	Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions to address specific challenges faced by mentees, from ideation to product launch.
	•	Share industry insights and trends to help mentees stay ahead in a competitive market.
	•	Assist mentees in building strong product management skills, including market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder management.
	•	Provide feedback on resumes, portfolios, and interview techniques to enhance career opportunities for mentees.
	•	Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment, encouraging continuous growth and development.

* Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps throughout the entire product lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life.
* Gather, manage, and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases.
* Develop business cases for investments and secure internal approval.
* Propose and deliver product marketing plans and budgets.
* Create product requirements and market requirements documents.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships.
* Serve as the product expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of the product, market, technology, and competition.
* Develop core product positioning and messaging.

- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements 
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product

- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

* Processing PMO Internally:

- Follow up the project progress with support team regarding the running project.
- Follow up the payment millstones with Accounting team regarding the running projects.
- Prepare project phases after receiving new order from sales team.
- Track any communications on CRM & Documents.
- Provide sales team with estimations & manage the required statistics.
- Follow up the data migration & integration of the projects with Level 2 support team.
- Guide security team for issuing license & upgrading of projects.


* Customer Communication:

- Follow up the project progress with the customer.
- Prepare the appropriate project plan as per agreements with the customer.
- Conduct meetings with the customer to keep the path of project.


* Growing up our Statistics :

- By creating reviewing reports and charts that demonstrate the results of the running projects.


* QC & Auditing Communication :

- Align with QC with dates of BA and review reports.

Write, modify, and debug software for server applications.

 Use source debuggers, program dumps, and performance monitoring tools.
