1. Thought Leader
- Developed a prototype for C-Suite executives using OpenAI GPT-4o and Langchain leveraging Multi-Agents Architecture .
- Compared the performance and cost of Open Source models like Llama and Mistral with OpenAI and Claude.
- This solution allowed them to quickly consume multiple thought pieces, summarised in real-time, with content tailored to their specific role and industry. 

2. RAG Chatbot for professional services.
- Developed a RAG chatbot integrated within Microsoft Teams using Power Virtual Agents and Azure Bot Services. 
- Used Microsoft Document Intelligence for structuring the data and extracting useful information from 1000s of PDFs
- Used Azure AI Search for Chunking, Indexing and Querying the document. And, Azure Web App to deploy the chatbot
- The chatbot helped streamline communication by providing real-time status updates on various projects, events and information about the which enhanced operational workflows and reduced delays in team decision-making.

3. Automating Workflow
- Implemented automation processes using Power Automate and Python scripts to optimise internal workflows. 
- Used Zapier and Make to help Sales team in automating manual tasks so that they can focus more on the client interaction.
- Interviewed every team member to analyse most repetitive task to automate.
- Researched and recommended the best AI tools to assist each team in their work to increase efficiency of each team member.

Conducted sentiment analysis using NLP techniques to analyze customer feedback and social media data,
extracting valuable insights with 87% accuracy
• Developed NLP modeling tools to classify resumes, leveraging transformer-based models like BERT implemented
on the PyTorch architecture, achieving 95% accuracy in resume analysis through transfer learning.
• Utilized customized models for Named Entity Recognition (NER) to analyze documents and identify entity
relationships, employing a self-annotated dataset and doccano tools for efficient annotation and model training.
• Deployed predictive models using APIs, integrating them into production systems and ensuring seamless
performance through platforms like Postman for testing and validation.
• Contributed to the development of a web application for real-time predictions, deploying code to the cloud, and
conducting rigorous testing to ensure scalability, reliability, and a user-friendly experience.
