As a design consultant at Pax Politica, I work directly with the leadership in helping strategize (applying user-centered design principles) to create numerous communication design interventions such as infographics, social media posts, and explainer videos to showcase Pax Politica’s work in a visually impactful manner to their target audience.

Dalberg Design work with various organizations across the world, working in the social
impact sector, to employ tools and methodologies embedded in human-centered design,
to solve some of their most challenging problems. My job, as a visual communication
designer involved the creation of various visual collaterals such as infographics,
prototypes, journey maps, publication designs, poster designs. etc. to help simplify and
communicate concepts across to our target audience as well as clients. Further, I was
also involved in a variety of domains such as secondary and primary research, user
testing, information synthesis, and insight generation.

1) Branding and Identity design for the Platform Commons Foundation, a non-governmental organization that seeks to develop an open source framework for creating technology solutions in the field of social impact.
2) The Digital Inside Project - An ambitious initiative for complete digitization of internal processes and tasks in order for Mindtree to be truly powered by technology. Over a span of 6-8 months, working closely with the Vice President, Consultants, Project Managers and our Mindtree Minds, I created the entire interface design system and visual language for our various applications (mobile + web).
3) Spearheading the social media strategy and visual design along with the consulting team for the UNDP Prithvi project under the I Got Garbage initiative. 
4) Editorial and Experience Design for the Agri-Business program taking part with various rural schools, in partnership with state governments and on ground local institutions. We designed and developed a holistic 2 day workshop, in partnership with the Kerala government, to inculcate a mindset of becoming impact entrepreneurs in agriculture and bring about the rise of sustainable local business practice.

At Ishan Khosla Design, we worked directly with Ishan on a number of projects, some of
which included branding and packaging design for a French perfume product, web
design for a HNI (High Networth Individual) client for revamping their website, editorial
design (brochures and annual reports) for a major corporate, packaging design for an
in-house product design and book cover designs for an international publisher.

Over a span of two years, I wore multiple hats working with Supersike, the most notable
of which was as project manager and game designer/artist of the Playmat project, a
a game designed for children between the ages of 5-7 for Sesame Street New York. I was
involved in client communication, team management, prototyping, and interface design,
user flows, visual design, user testing, and project delivery.

Further, I was responsible for the development of the art assets and user interface for
our award-winning title on the Google Play Store (2015) tilted ‘One More Run’, visual
design and collaterals for our title ‘One More Pass’, along with providing game design
inputs to various client/in-house game development projects.

At Springer, I was involved in crafting marketing strategies of various scientific
e-journals and e-books in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh to tier-2 and tier-3
colleges/universities. Further I was also involved in the ideation and creation of a
marketing strategy for promoting one of our prime research products, Springer
Materials, to various research labs across the country.

VConnectU was a digital venture for providing volunteer support to various NGO's around India. My role,  as the Co-Founder and Secretary, was to help chart out new strategies for expanding and growing the volunteer and NGO resource pool, by outlining the digital visibility of our platform and providing an unparalleled network connect for our target customers. It was a great period where I learnt through a quick try and test strategy, in order to gain real world experience of various business functions in a short amount of time.
