Ways to provide constructive feedback to team members.

Giving effective feedback

- I own content strategy across various touch-points: in-app UX copy, web, product messaging, release notes, and any non-marketing communications that goes out to our users
- As part of my process, I regularly provide design feedback and work hand-in-hand with product designers and PMs to deliver the best possible user experience
- I participate in and lead several design brainstorming sessions
- I'm actively engaged in and advocate for user research, and data-driven content design practices
- I’m also driving the LazyPay design team’s public presence on Instagram and Medium.. full steam ahead!

Apart from volunteering in-person, I handle social media content + calendar + communications for both DesignUp Conference and DesignUp.School, on Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn

- Established content guidelines for LazyPay from scratch
- As the first and only UX writer, set up processes for efficient collaboration between product x design x content
- Owned cross-vertical content strategy across touch-points; UX copy, non-marketing communications, website copy, release notes, app store content etc.
- Initiated the design team's public presence across Medium and Instagram
