Hello, I’m Mohini Jindal, a Lead Software Engineer with 16+ years of experience in software engineering, healthcare technology, software architecture and digital transformation. Mentorship has been an important part of my professional journey for more than 10 years. In my current and previous roles, I have led and mentored engineering teams of 20+ professionals and supported the growth of 100+ engineers and technology professionals through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, career conversations, and leadership development. I focus on connecting learning with real-world engineering challenges and practical career growth. My mentoring extends beyond the workplace. For the past 5+ years, I have supported 50+ community students through language education and volunteering, including educational activities in community schools.
