As the Director of Engineering at Solera, I led the development efforts for CRM, DMS and AutoPoint products, empowering car dealerships to accelerate sales, enhance marketing strategies, and increase overall operational efficiency. In this role, I managed three global product teams comprising FTEs and contractors within an agile development environment.

Spearheaded the customer-facing digital portfolio applications to provide the capability to configure, order, service, track telecom services such as broadband, phone line, VoIP to UK Customers. It included web (internet and intranet) applications for employees, third-party vendors, and end customers.

•	Led development & maintenance of customer portal, Mobile App., and other digital portfolio applications in an agile environment
•	Successfully headed multiple engineering teams (FTEs and vendors) to develop and maintain the digital portfolio

•	Directed migration of SVN to Git repository and CI/CD pipelines to save cost with repositories, artifactory, and CI/CD tooling 
•	Designed and reviewed complex systems architecture, compliance, coding standards, and codes
•	Performed re-platforming of legacy code as the same had troubleshooting and performance issues
•	Coordinated with the stakeholders, Architect Team, and Product Management for technical & functional feasibility, budgeting, timeline while preparing product delivery roadmaps
•	Applied risk management and critical thinking skills to create, review and edit program documents

Developed responsive mobile applications and screens for customers in the digital space using Angular, Bootstrap and HTML.

Led and managed the development team in order to deliver Enterprise application. The application was developed in ASP.NET MVC and Jquery. Played individual contributor role while developing utility tools and POCs for customer requirements. Developed real time chat application tool for excellence group, which was show-cased to customers/projects. Awarded by the customer for higher management for developing web tool to analyses performance and tracking of system. Designed and developed various utility tools, which helped customers and company, in increasing revenue.

Led a 10 member development team delivering scalable coding. Recognized for bug fixing on a reduced time frame. Initiated and Led refactoring of spaghetti code and delivered it to end to end with value to customer.

Worked on desktop applications, web application, web-services, windows services to develope complex products of telecom domain, which involve high level iteration of changes. Got chance to build team according to the requirement. Interacted with clients on business process requirement and delivery.

Developed desktop and web application, web-services for oil and refinery companies to help them analyze, produce and best quality product. Joined as developer and promoted to Senior software engineer.
