As a Creative Director with a specialization in Product and UX Design, I am passionate about enhancing customer experiences and helping fellow designers thrive in their careers. My journey includes being a pivotal member of the Launch Design team at NTT Data, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned companies like the New York MTA, Hyster & Yale, Clarios, Humana, Ingredion, ITS, Yellow, Mitsubishi, Orchid, and SouthWest Gas amongst many other clients from October 2021 to May 2025.
