- Developed a new version (v2) of plan & dispatch project. Based on modular monolithic architecture. ( An all-in-one fleet management
solution for small businesses )
- Implemented unit and integration tests in the plan & dispatch project using Mockito, TestContainers and LocalStack, achieving test coverage of ~75%.
- Developed a new optimization engine (v2) on Google Cloud Function, resulting in 15% faster processing times and 8% shorter distances in benchmarks compared to the previous version (v1).
- Implemented a benchmarking system that compares the results of the engine before each release. The system collect metrics such as distance, completion time, processing time, and unassigned stops.
- Engaged in collaboration with developers within DHL Parcel to execute the migration to a new optimization engine.

Kavenegar is a leading communication platform that offers APIs for SMS, Voice.

- Implemented a WebRTC-based voice communication platform based on microservice architecture with Spring Cloud and Nats.
- Implemented a messaging platform using WebSocket, ensuring the delivery of messages by implementing health checks and retry mechanism for broken connections.
- Contributed with iOS and Android developers to implement user-friendly SDKs and documentation for seamless integration.
- Collaborated with the product owner and stakeholders to define features and explore product possibilities.
- Participated in hiring process to recruit new team members.

Bookatreat was a Swedish startup that allowed users to discover, book, and pay for beauty treatments and hairstyling services. It was later acquired by boka.se.

- Implemented a web application for customers like beauty salons and spas to easily build custom landing pages with integrated booking. The application provides predefined modules and templates for a streamlined experience.
- Managed front-end developers and ensured the implementation of stakeholder needs.

HillaVAS was the leading VAS platform in IRAN, which provides content-based startups on mobile and web platforms.  I worked on a new language learning platform based on movie dialogue called VideoCard.

- Implemented a REST API using Spring Boot for Android and iOS applications.
- Implemented a dashboard for content editors to import subtitles and choose the best dialogues based on a specific word from movies.
- Implemented a microservice for video processing to convert movies and clips into various qualities and generate thumbnails.
- Implemented a pipeline for video content, covering the entire process from selection and review to publishing.
- Implemented a log store solution with ELK stack to collect logs from different services and a custom web app for tailing logs.

ParsaSpace is a long-standing provider of file hosting and backup solutions in Iran, with over 14 years of experience. The project initially relied on C# and Windows, but we migrated to Linux and Java for storage servers.

- Implemented an upload file server using Jetty and implement http multipart upload with ability to get of progress of uploads.
- Implemented a http file server using Netty framework to support chunked downloads, handle hundreds of concurrent stream connections also publish logs and metrics about usage in MongoDB.
- Implemented a service for transfer files between our storage servers and also to download files from other file sharing services like RapidShare, MediaFire, etc.

Ghasedak is an Iranian consulting company specializing in the development of web applications for government and enterprise companies in Iran.

- Implemented a desktop application using JavaFX for lottery, which was then showcased in a TV commercial for Softlan.
- Implemented an airplane ticket crawler that automated the process of searching for tickets and issuing them with passenger information from multiple travel agency websites.
- Contributed in the creation and enhancement of over 10 web and desktop applications in my role as a Full-Stack developer.
