I introduced a structured design process to the team, incorporating elements like 30/60/90 plans, design reviews, and the creation of problem statements and user personas. I successfully guided new features from conceptualization through execution, handoff, and quality assurance. Additionally, I led the implementation of significant user enhancements, ensuring iterative development and metric analysis for these new features. Notably, I played a role in introducing a novel AI assistant to the product, further contributing to its advancement.

- Analyzed the application and suggested ways to improve user experience and streamlined navigation.
- Designed content pulled from the application to aid in marketing the application on the new marketing website.

In my capacity as a Product Designer, I led three design pods, offering guidance to an intern designer and spearheading user-friendly enhancements through integrations. I worked with my team to introduced business OKRs to align development and leadership efforts, while also pursuing personal career OKRs in collaboration with my manager, enhancing both design skills and communication. My involvement in research projects deepened insights into diverse user segments. Beyond projects, I co-founded and co-led the Women at Fullscript ERG, and I contributed to the development of a comprehensive design system. Additionally, I initiated and shaped many new product features from inception to production.

I led the design efforts for two applications, spearheading the creation of their design systems and brand guidelines. Working closely with product management and development, I defined the product's vision and gathered user insights for continuous improvement. I also managed internal design components such as banners and email templates. My responsibilities spanned both B2B and B2C applications, involving complex systems supported by robust data architecture and AI. Additionally, I co-led an employee resource group focused on promoting women in tech.
