Momen Zakaria designs experience, innovation, and systems. Senior Manager, Experience Consulting at PwC Middle East and MDes candidate in Strategic Foresight and Innovation (SFI) at OCAD University, he helps organizations build the capabilities, structures, and human-centered experiences needed to navigate complexity and deliver change.
His career spans 15+ years: from UI/UX design and front-end development at Umm Al-Qura University — 20+ projects, including a Hajj crowd management system and the foundational UX of Hashtails (now Lucidya) — to service design and research consultancy at HUED, to experience and innovation leadership at PwC. PwC engagements include innovation center strategy, product management buildouts, government proof-of-concept experiences, and GovJam events in Riyadh (2023) and Qatar (2025). He has been a founding design member of Ynmo since 2016. A committed educator, he has mentored 600+ designers across 12 countries and created the first Arabic UX Writing course, reaching 3,000+ learners. His MDes research integrates systems thinking and system design to transform public services.
