Moneta Ho Kushner is a Director of Product Design Manager at Meta, where she heads design for Community Builders on Facebook, which includes the Identity and Profile system, end-to-end Admin experiences and Community Economy. Formally trained as an architect, Moneta made a career switch to UX design in order to work on products that impact people at a global scale. She’s been able to achieve that through her work at Facebook Communities and in previous roles leading design efforts on Google Search Ads and Microsoft Windows. When she is not designing, Moneta can be found enjoying life in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two rambunctious children.
