Senior Product Designer and Manager at Elisava, Badi, Glovo, Abacum
I’m Mon Castel, a Senior Product Designer and Manager with 12+ years of experience. I studied in Barcelona and have since worked in various start-ups, environments where I could learn quickly and build a solid foundation of knowledge. I love tackling challenges and finding creative solutions to problems. I quickly grasp new ideas, blending them with my experience and creativity. Having worked both as an individual contributor and a manager, I can empathize from both perspectives and help resolve conflicts effectively. I’ve defined a wide range of products, including B2B, B2C, and SaaS solutions. I'm easygoing and always bring a positive vibe to the team, fostering a fun and collaborative work environment.
