People Analytics Consultant at eMAG Group
I work as a HR Data Analyst, where I focus on turning people data into insights that actually help leaders make better decisions. I’m really interested in understanding employee trends, what drives behavior at work, and how organizations can become more effective.
Before moving into analytics, I was involved in project management and managed traineeship programs end-to-end. That experience gave me a strong foundation in understanding the employee journey, especially early career development.
In my current role, I continue to work closely with different stakeholders across the business, managing projects that bring together data, HR, and business needs. I enjoy making sure things move forward, aligning expectations, and translating insights into actions that actually make a difference.
What I enjoy most is connecting the data side with the human side of HR—making analytics useful, not just technical.
I’m very passionate about HR and always looking for ways to make it more data-driven, practical, and relevant in today’s evolving workplace.
