Collaborated with the UX lead at Netflix and localization teams at Moravia to adapt the user interface for Arabic-speaking regions across web, TV, and mobile.

My role focused on:
- Applying UX best practices and usability principles to ensure that the localized interface was not a direct translation, but a culturally aligned experience.
- Advising the UI localization team on interaction patterns, layout nuances, and user expectations in MENA markets.
- Supporting functional consistency, legibility, and emotional resonance of the interface to enhance user trust and engagement.

The goal was to provide Arabic-speaking subscribers with the same seamless experience as users globally — anytime, anywhere, on any device.

Collaborated with Syngenta’s global R&D teams to enhance planning workflows across 100+ agricultural research and production sites.

- Conducted user research with field scientists from 90+ countries to identify pain points and workflow needs.
- Designed an interactive visual tool enabling researchers to efficiently plan tasks and site visits, aligned with field margin logic and regional constraints.
- Delivered wireframes and UI specifications that balanced business priorities with scientific usability, supporting cross-site coordination and improved decision-making.

The platform supported Syngenta’s digital transformation in agricultural innovation and operational efficiency.

Provided pro bono UX consultation to improve the hospital's digital donation platform. Applied user-centered design, usability testing, and behavior analysis to increase donation conversion rates by 38%.
