I’m Moubani, a Senior UX Designer with extensive experience leading design across both public and private sectors. I’ve led design projects throughout the entire product lifecycle- from discovery through delivery, balancing user needs with business and policy goals. My expertise spans UX strategy, Design Systems, Cross-functional Collaboration, Product Vision and Stakeholder Management across B2B, B2C, and Generative AI products. I currently work at the Care Quality Commission (CQC) England and have previously delivered UX projects at both early-stage organisations and larger organisations like BBC London, CRY India, and Culture Mile London.
Alongside my design career, I am a Children’s Author. My writing is shaped by lived experience across cultures and migration, and focuses on creating dual-language children’s books that centre cultural diversity, representation, and belonging.
Across everything I do, I care deeply about accessibility, inclusion, and how systems and stories shape human experience. Whether designing digital services or writing for children, my focus remains the same: creating work that helps people feel seen, understood, and included.
