Hi, I'm Mounika. UX/Product Designer with 15+ years of experience, driven by curiosity, problem-solving, and a deep interest in how design is evolving in the age of AI. I've mentored 100+ designers through ADPList.

I've worked across research, design, and strategy in different industries, led teams, and mentored designers along the way. Lately, I'm especially focused on how AI is transforming design workflows — and how designers can stay grounded in craft while leveraging these new capabilities.

I enjoy helping designers grow not just in execution, but in thinking — building clarity in their storytelling, confidence in stakeholder conversations, and strength in their design decisions. I also love discussing how to grow into senior and leadership roles with intention and impact.

• Whiteboard Interview Practice Session (60 min): Get hands-on practice solving interview-style problems in a realistic whiteboard setting. During this session, you’ll work through a problem while practicing how to clarify requirements, think through your approach, communicate your reasoning, and arrive at a solution step by step. This is a great opportunity to simulate the interview experience, get personalized feedback, identify areas for improvement, and build confidence before your actual interviews. What to expect: A mock whiteboard-style interview problem: - Practice explaining your thought process out loud - Guidance and hints when needed - Feedback on problem-solving approach and communication - Tips for improving your interview performance - Come prepared to think out loud and treat the session like a real interview!
