I specialize in strategy, branding and human-centered design at Eight Inc, the creative collective behind the Apple Store and other groundbreaking brand experiences around the world. I create new pathways for global brands, blending commercial objectives with an understanding of human psychology and behavioral science.

At the DesignSingapore Council, I spearheaded initiatives to drive greater demand for design services within the corporate sector, fostering collaboration between businesses and the design 
community to unlock innovation and elevate industry standards. This involved guiding global organizations to recognize and adopt design as a strategic tool for business growth and the delivery of exceptional services, thereby positioning Singapore as a hub for design innovation.

When I worked as an industry strategist within the Singapore Government, I attracted foreign investment from Fortune 500 manufacturing companies, drove high-skilled job creation within 
Singapore’s innovation economy, and built playbooks to grow new economic sectors based on emerging technologies like Robotics & Automation. My deep personal engagement with diverse 
geopolitical, business and cultural contexts enabled me to attract high-value economic activities to Singapore while crafting strategic plans with enduring impact.
