My name is Mrinmoy Aich, and I am a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience, including more than a decade in leadership roles driving enterprise architecture, AI-driven innovation, and multi-cloud transformation. I have led cross-functional global teams across the U.S., India, and Europe, delivering large-scale solutions that directly impact mission-critical sectors such as utilities, logistics, and financial services.
Currently, I serve as the Lead Architect and Product Innovator for Oracle’s Digital Customer Service Accelerator, a platform adopted by major U.S. utilities like Exelon, Austin Energy, and CPS Energy, transforming customer engagement and digital operations at scale. Additionally, as a voluntary advisor, I lead a team of six senior developers who helped me to achieve this product
