• UX Transformation: At Hatch, I led a two-week project for Canadian Pacific Rail, consolidating 80+ Excel sheets into a centralized system, securing $250K in contracts, and paving the way for $2M in additional work.
• Driving Results: At MachineMetrics, I’ve focused on simplifying navigation, enhancing machine data insights, and building tools that reduce churn, improve efficiency, and align with business goals.
