I am a consulting lead and product Manager with Genpact. I am responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives for consumer and retail goods customers in the order to cash and procure to pay space. I have over 20 years of experience in business consulting and transformation, with a Six Sigma certification and an executive management program from the University of Virginia.
My core competencies include large scale program management, agile and waterfall methodologies, solutioning, team management, revenue management, and customer management. I am passionate about helping organizations unlock business value and achieve their goals by conceptualizing, designing, and implementing strategic transformation roadmaps that drive process excellence, higher P&L impact, and improved customer experience.
