In my current role, I spearhead the product development of an extensive portfolio encompassing over 10 mobile applications and 20+ web platforms, streamlining the operations and enhancing the user experience for a diverse range of clients. 

Some of my notable projects include delivering comprehensive e-wallet solutions for consumers and merchants, innovating e-money distribution systems, and designing user-friendly panels for internal, partner, and vendor use. Additionally, I've been instrumental in the successful launch of the ShareTrip travel booking app and various other internal panels.

By adopting a data-driven approach, I have developed northstar and other vital metrics to gauge product performance, which allows for strategic decision-making based on real-world insights. 

Currently, I'm engaged in the development of a revolutionary product for merchants, designed to significantly transform their payment reception and processing methods. This initiative aims to simplify financial transactions and improve operational efficiency for businesses.

I'm particularly proud of managing the development of an automated merchant onboarding system for wholesalers and retailers, which has drastically reduced the registration and verification lead time for each merchant from over 10 work days to just 3 hours. This innovation has not only boosted our operational efficiency but also contributed to enhancing our client satisfaction levels. 

In sum, my work revolves around leveraging technology to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a seamless user experience.
