Hello, I am Muhammad. I'm a full stack software engineer with 4+ years of experience. During that time, I architected and implemented scalable and reproducible integrations features for enterprise clients which enabled a technical strategy for the company. I've also led/co-led two teams (frontend and backend) remotely for around 2 years.

Outside work, I spend my time mentoring in two programmes: SIT Alumni mentoring programme and JuniorDevSg where I work with students and fresh grads on how to quickly get started as a junior and to take things to the next level as a mid engineer. As of now, I have mentored 12 mentees and I am humbled that each of them have something of value to take away from our sessions.

I firmly believe that as an engineer, a strong technical core is important but to leverage that core, an engineer requires supplementary soft skills to maximise one's potential and to increase opportunities.
