Hi, I'm Tipophamza, a data analyst, educator and founder who has spent the last decade helping people turn potential into opportunity.

I'm the founder of Potently, an Ai powered edtech platform built on one belief: back high potential, not just high grades. Through Potently and its scholarship tool Scholodo, I help young people find funding, sharpen their CVs and personal statements, and win places and opportunities they didn't think were open to them. I also run TheRookieAnalyst, where I teach Excel, Power BI and data skills to people breaking into analytics, and I wrote "Dream. Apply. Go Global" to demystify winning international scholarships.

My own path has been anything but linear: from a science and research background into data and analytics, across roles at organisations or public service in Nigeria, South Korea, and the United; Jumia, Orange Group, Kyungpook National University, HM Revenue and customs, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and the Green Climate Fund, all while building ventures on the side. So I understand career pivots, imposter syndrome and starting from scratch first-hand, not just in theory.
