I am an experienced service & innovation designer with a deep interest in behavioural design, Design for Conversational AI and Design advocacy. Currently, I am Founding Partner & Design Lead, Institute of Design & Innovation – Kenya, the Youth and Design Thinking Advisor for USAID - Empowered Youth Program & formerly a Senior Strategic Design consultant with ThinkPlace Kenya.
