Over 20 years of experience in the field of User Experience Research and Design, working on varied domains from BFSI, Retail, Travel and many more. My background in working in UX, both as a UX researcher and as the lead of the UX practice, have allowed me to acquire an extensive knowledge base and skill-set in this field which would allow me to make valuable contributions to a wide range of web and mobile based projects.
