I am a senior executive mentor and coach with over 23 years of leadership experience across complex, high-impact organizations, including large-scale operations, digital and operational transformation, critical infrastructure, and highly regulated environments.
Throughout my career, I have held executive leadership roles with responsibility for national operations, multi-disciplinary teams, significant operating and capital budgets, crisis management, regulatory and stakeholder engagement, and strategic execution, working closely with C-level executives, boards, and government authorities. While my background includes telecommunications, my expertise extends broadly to leading through complexity, transformation, and high-pressure decision-making across industries.
My leadership impact has been formally recognized at an international level. I was recognized as one of the 50 most influential leaders in Latin America (LATAM), Portugal, and Spain in both 2023 and 2024. I am also a member of HITEC, a prestigious organization that recognizes and develops top Hispanic technology and business executives across the Americas.
