About Myrto Papagiannakou
Head of UX at notallbad.
Passionate storyteller with a designer's mindset, a crisp eye for details, and a highly empathetic nature, I shape experiences that focus on real people's needs and desires. At the same time, accommodate business propositions and comply with legal requirements and technology limitations.
During my career, I had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of large national and international companies such as ERGO, MLP Finanzberatung, Vodafone, TfL, Paypal and also with successful startups such as TaxFix, Friendsurance, Kontist, ERGO DIT, ERGO Innovation Lab, etc. on various projects. I took responsibility as UX Lead or UX and Product Manager over the respective UX, HCD, and implementation processes.
Since 2016, in parallel to any project that I serve as an external collaborator, I am a partner and lead the design team and all internal innovation and sustainability studies of notallbad.
Since the beginning of 2020, I also lead the Berlin Chapter of "This is HCD - The Human-Centered Design Network".
