I serve as an engagement lead for multiple Fortune 500 clients within the medical, cloud, technology, and SaaS industries, being responsible for business development, account growth, and program deliverables.

I oversee proposals, contract negotiations, program timelines, and deliverable execution related to digital growth strategy, digital marketing, experience design, and software development.

I mentor and directly manage one of Konrad's Strategy & Technology teams while also participating in candidate screening, hiring, and onboarding.

As a co-lead and engagement manager, I played a crucial role in the successful development and launch of two key initiatives: the SoulCycle At-Home Bike (powered by Android) and the enhanced e-commerce experience for equinoxplus.com (utilizing Contentful and Shopify Plus).

Leading a talented team of 75 strategists and engineers, I effectively managed project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while driving substantial monthly revenue and ensuring exceptional results.

As a lead strategist, I drove successful outcomes for clients in the Education, Manufacturing, and SaaS industries through the development of cutting-edge digital strategies. With a focus on delivering business value and exceptional results, I brought a deep understanding of the latest digital trends and best practices to each engagement.
