About Nadine V.
Senior Product Designer at Grafana Labs
Hi, I'm a Senior Product Designer based in Berlin. I lead product design and research for complex products at Grafana Labs, from scratch to beyond GA.
For 4+ years, I have been working cross-functionally at Grafana Labs, an observability company with over 25 million global users. Here, I've led design and research on 5+ product initiatives, including a new SLO product, a new Tracing product, and enhancements to several existing products and workflows, bridging different product areas. Since 2021, I have been a co-maintainer of the open-source application called Pyrra, a web app for SLO-based Infrastructure Monitoring, and a speaker at KubeCon.
My background is in art, design, and research with a Master of Arts from Freie Universität Berlin and the Sorbonne, Paris which combines different skills into a unique skillset. All of this makes me equipped support others break and grow into the field and grow their unique skills and discover new opportunities.
