I am a design executive who has established, scaled, and led teams working in healthcare and enterprise software. I’m passionate about creating products and services that help people live better lives. Throughout my career, I have led teams of 75+ in disciplines including content strategy, localization, product design, service design, and user research. Currently, I lead the design and research practices at RapidAI, a healthcare company in AI clinical decision support.

My mentoring focus is on experienced leaders (director+ level) and ICs (staff+ level). I offer one-time mentoring to answer a specific leadership or career challenge, or ongoing coaching to support a job search, grow professional or leadership skills, or grow a new team from scratch.
