Improving design skills

Successfully completed the design of about 40 projects: 7 products, 9 mobile applications, 24 websites and landing pages.

*Managed a team of designers for a medical clinic project. As a result, a new product for the market was created with a web platform for administrators (with an interactive map, processing of applications, a system for working with client and patient files, statistics, etc.), an application for doctors (working with applications, access to medical data of patients and clients, etc.) and an application for clients (for self appointment). Results: the processes of appointment and appointment management were automated by 60%. 
*Successful launch of an application for an existing social network with a unique algorithm for selecting interlocutors, creating a room for watching movies together, chat rooms, etc. Obtaining positive feedback from users by 20%, increasing profits through the acquisition of subscriptions by 8%.
*Creation of communication application design in a company or on a project with complex logic of creation and management of individual, group chats, with the ability to share files, video calls.
*Worked in a team to create a large educational platform with access for school, teachers, parents and children. Successfully created multiple dashboard sections with progress and stats, store, avatar customization, assignment management, assignment tracking and management, chats, etc.

This is where I got my experience:
- working independently, organizing workflow and creating a work plan for projects;
- communicating with the client from the beginning to the end of the project;
- ability to offer my own variants of problem solving, to accept rejection from the client for some ideas and to move on;
- managing several projects at the same time, estimating and prioritizing tasks.

During this time 20 projects have been completed: landing pages, online stores, presentations, applications etc.

Here I gained my experience in:
- organizing work with a fully remote team on projects;
- independence in performing, prioritizing tasks;
- the ability to do a little more than described in the task, to offer both the variant that is asked for and my own with other ideas.

During this time about 5 projects have been completed: websites for medical companies, landings for the beauty industry, applications for businesses, etc.

Through my experience as a developer, I've learned to:
- understand how HTML, CSS and animation works;
- understand how the logic of work between the front- and back-end of a project is organized;
- understand the close relationship between design and development;
- how to prepare materials and layouts for development;
- negotiate with developers to achieve the goal of making a project that works, not just pretty animations and pictures;
- also learned to work with Jira, Trello (using Agile, Scrum, KanBan approaches).

During this time 15 projects have been completed: landing pages, online stores, information forums, etc.
