About Nafisa Sabu

Design Director at Macquarie

I'm a design leader with over 15 years of experience delivering end to end product strategy and leading design teams in industries such as Software development, Healthcare, Travel, and Financial Services. I specialize in user centered design, strategic design, design management, and developing design teams. I also have strong interests in fostering design community, mentorship and women in technology.

I'm from the Washington DC area, but currently based in Sydney, Australia.

I've been mentoring in the ADPList community since June 2020 and have really enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. I have a lot of experience interviewing and developing designers of all levels, so if you're prepping for your next interview, want an extra pair of eyes on your portfolio or just looking for general career advice, I'd be happy to help!
