- Responsible for managing the core features such as Text to Speech, Payment over the call, Speech Recognition, Programmable SIP, WebSockets, Call recording transcription, Conference calls, IVR, Programmable Voice Etc 
- Responsible for managing Public Voice APIs Developers’ Experience
- Responsible for strategically prioritising the Product Roadmap for the Voice CPaaS platform 
- Responsible for driving revenue generation and create new revenue streams through Market and Customer Research 
- Responsible for structuring internal process to streamline services 
- Leading initiatives with the Product Marketing Management teams to launch targeted effective product marketing campaigns. 
- Leading sales Product knowledge sharing and establishing communication to ensure feedback loop to reflect on product roadmap 
- Responsible for Scaling the Voice CPaaS to be the leading Voice Platform within the B2B segment
