- Oversee the design of elegant and engaging mobile app and mobile responsive experiences for LoyaltyOne’s digital products within the AIR MILES Reward Program.

After giving birth to my first child, I was frustrated with the lack of children’s books depicting mixed-race characters, specifically Indo-Chinese. It was important to me that my half-Indian and half-Taiwanese son felt represented in the books he read, so I decided to write and illustrate my own. This book is a labour of love, created in between nursings and during nap times.

- Co-founded Memory Box Events, the first full service wedding planning company in Toronto. 
- Created the user experience design for company website and products 
- Managed marketing, including blog outreach, strategic deals, and PR. 
- Coordinated with team to focus on rapid product development including market research. Created and executed marketing strategies, such as online ads, social media, print ads and trade shows to launch innovative services leading to a 400% increase in revenue year-over-year. 
- Experience in booking venues and negotiating contracts. Worked with customers to schedule events and determine requirements.

- Designed and taught lessons in Business and Applied Design while using a variety of technologies such as Photoshop, Prezi and PowerPoint. 
- Established strong partnerships with coworkers, management and  guardians with the aim of guiding students to success

- Coordinated meeting space and logistics for over 30 different companies working closely with CEOs of companies such as the Alzheimer’s Foundation. 
- In collaboration with whole product team, designed, developed and conducted training on new telephone system features.

Designed and delivered cirriculum aimed at Korean students learning   English as a second language. Engaged in an enriching experience of  cultural exchange. Wrote scripts and hosted weekly children’s television broadcast for English learners.
