About Napat Ploysomboon
Senior software engineer at RentSpree
As a passionate software engineer with five years of experience, I specialize in web development using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js. My journey into software engineering was driven by a lifelong love for video games, which I have been playing since I was 10 years old. This passion inspired me to pursue a degree in computer engineering and continues to influence my approach to solving complex problems creatively.
In my career, I’ve played a key role in product development within a Scrum team, contributing to both front-end and back-end projects. My responsibilities include developing features that enhance client collaboration, conducting thorough code and design reviews, and creating proof of concept (POC) initiatives to validate new projects. As I progressed to Software Engineer II, I expanded my focus to include cross-team collaboration, departmental goals, and incident management.
My dedication to continuous self-improvement and process optimization parallels the challenges in ‘souls-like’ games, driving me to tackle challenges head-on and push boundaries. I thrive in collaborative environments and am always excited to connect with fellow professionals to create impactful solutions.
