Founded my own startup when COVID-19 happened to allow tutors to transition to online tutoring. The problem we were trying to solve was to allow tutors to automatically collect session payments while streamlining the tutoring process.

I worked alongside developers while working as both a Product Manager and Product Designer. We also took part in Platform Calgary's Junction Program to better understand what it takes to run a startup.

Throughout this experience, I ran user and market research to understand how Tutorship can stand out amongst the sea of competitors. I also actively collaborated with developers and other stakeholders as its an important aspect of my design process.

I designed from ideation to conception by utilizing wireframes, prototypes, user personas, flow diagrams, storyboards, and site maps. I also ran workshops and usability tests with my prototypes as research is a big part of my process.
