I have been a professional software engineer since 2005. My current focus is on Site Reliability Engineering. I am the author of three books and love talking with people in any stage of their career.

I enjoy talking to others because it has helped me be successful in surviving some transitions. I have jumped to and from startups, big business, politics, writing, and many other situations.
