Leads and Mentor UX team on multiple projects: Mentor and motivate the team to achieve dedication, productivity, and engagement;
Reinforces UX across the organization;
Support designers in identifying innovative solutions;
Provides support for the development of new business solutions and the preparation of project estimates and proposals;
Works closely with other Leads to improve efficiency, and meet goals and needs;
Ensure the introduction of new trends/approaches, software, and methodologies in the UX Team;
Ensure a good environment that leads people to invest in the company's activities and goals.

My main responsibilities on the team are: 
Develop low and high fidelity wireframes with focus on usability and accessibility
Create interfaces and user experience to be implemented by Dev team;
Validate the functionalities in the review state in the scope of interface compliance and user experience;
Facilitates Design Thinking workshops and Usability Testing sessions

Working as a designer in a wide range of projects with different features, I had the opportunity to develop my skills in multidisciplinary teams and in close collaboration with the client;
I have participated in integrated projects developed from end-to-end solutions, creating branding, packaging, brochures and flyers, international trade fair stands and brand landing pages and web apps.
