Conducting classes in postgraduate studies (E-Marketing) in the areas of:
– Designing UX of websites and mobile applications
– Mobile solutions in marketing

DesignOps / Management Role - responsibility for leading and developing the design team (UX Designers, UI Designers, UX Writers).

I was responsible for guiding postgraduate students through the fascinating 🙃 stage of prototyping.

I also run classes related to the design of graphic interfaces, workshops on prototyping (in Axure, so +100 patience points), project consultations and workshops on design for mobile.

In 2022, I also conducted classes at the Warsaw and Sopot branch of the SWPS.

Outsourced contractor from Mobee Dick.

Initially, it was a full-time job in the client's office in Katowice. Gradually, my time was divided between company duties and other agency assignments.

My responsibilities also changed over time – at the beginning I was one of two designers dedicated to the Vynamic Engage product design (a back-office system B2E for retail management – campaigns, customers, loyalty programs, etc). As the outsourced team grew, my responsibilities included team management (3 designers), support with product designs, and Leading the Design System work.

It's a more creative name for what we call UX Designer in other companies 😁

Teamwork with Art Director and front-end developers. The main area of ​​company activities was websites, including the UI projects for the newly created website of Envelo Bank.

My tasks included drawing the initial page layout (mock-ups, structure diagrams), visual designs and prototypes.
