UX Researcher | CX Architect | MBSR Coach at ex-Mayo Clinic
Hi there, I'm Natalia, a Minnesota-based UX Researcher and CX Architect with 7+ years of experience. I hold two Master's degrees - in Psychology and Industrial Relations - and I’ve recently become especially curious about how human cognition unfolds in digital environments.
Alongside my research work, I’m also an MBSR coach and an advocate for creating mindful workspaces to prevent burnout. As a mentor, I’d love to connect with people who are feeling stressed or creatively/professionally/emotionally drained, and who would benefit from talking with someone who understands the industry, can share own burnout experience, and explore coping strategies together.
Disclaimer: Please note that mentoring sessions with me are intended to support personal growth, mindfulness, stress management, and overall well-being. I am not a licensed mental health professional, and sessions with me should not be considered a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or any other form of professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, mental health challenges, or crisis situations, I strongly encourage you to seek help from a qualified mental health professional or call your local emergency services.
I look forward to seeing you at one of my sessions, Natalia
